Behind the curtain; I do a lot

Behind the curtain; I seek support

We needed to cohort; even though the competition was non-stop;

All striving to be at the top.

The curtain kept the pawn on the QT;

Draw it down and you'll know the clown.

Behind the curtain; peep your eyes through

And you'll marvel the aesthetic scenery of the lawn

Behind the curtain; they never acknowledge the corn

Until the curtain is torn; never will we know we're all wrong;

Fallacious even before we were born.

Forgot to win with brain rather than brawn.

Surely He'll blow the horn

Maybe in the dawn; man's life will be sawn.
