 Songs of Celeste

I had written her a letter, 'cause I wanted her heart

Softly her voice was, like little birds in chimney

Where I meet her, was a cyber city, crowded like Herat

(And I think, her reply was one of short winter season)

I'm standing on the other side, watching her carrying on

Feelings are quicksand, I'm sinking down

Sweet songs I write at dusk, angels sing them at dawn

Maybe distance played its part, I wish you were my own

I thought gods of water told you that I was prince charming

Who knows, goodbye left our hearts aching

Now, every love poem I wrote went missing

Will I ever get your love again? If I cave the roof of a broken heart in----

I love you, even if we are not going to meet each other

I dreamed about you, and we supposed to be together

I felt the pain inside my vein and tears on the paper

Truth to be told, we are going to do this without each other

You belong to me, though you love mermaids

I'm scared of deep blue water, that's why I choose to be a songbird

You listened to yourself, you never listened what my heart said

And you told me about being friend, I felt bad

And I wanted to drown myself one day

The doors closed in and I lost the way

So many times I wished the sky never turned grey

I love you Celeste
